I was stuck in a parking lot with a disconnected gear shifter. They arranged a tow and fixed that problem and a couple other issues I had been putting off. I also took advantage of their complimentary loaner car for the one day it took them to finish up with my truck. Highly recommended

Quality Auto had my 2015 Toyota RAV4 for various issues. I was pleased with the service the friendliness of the staff and I especially appreciated the fact that there was a loaner car available.

Needed safety and emissions inspection. They were able to get me in next day. Staff was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. It failed due to a brake light not working correctly but after getting it working again they got me back in same day to pass me. Highly recommend.

David is great. He was able to work my car in for the state requirements and an oil change on short notice.

Quick work and friendly

Had to get my A/C fixed. The problem my car had was explained to me in a way I could understand and they were very efficient in getting it taken care of. They even went above and beyond and bought an uber for me to get home and back.

David was great, from the very start of our experience to the end. Everyone hates car issues, it's not fun and adds up quickly, but David kept things professional, easy to understand and the work was quality. He even has a couple of loaner vehicles that way we weren't super inconvenienced with our car situation. David was really with us and I could easily tell pricing was fair by simply googling the parts he said needed replaced. The parts alone were quite expensive for our car, and even with that he gave us less expensive options which was super helpful. I do recommend his shop and the icing on top of the cake is that he's great friends with the mechanic we normally see but couldn't get to due to where the car was at when it broke down. Never grateful for car issues but I am grateful for honest and quality mechanics. Side note, if you're like me and have a busy work schedule, they have after hours drop and pick-up that make things a breeze, and the system he uses for invoicing/approving work/payment was so easy to use.

My car is over 20 years old so understandably it needs replacement of parts that are wearing out. Recently I have had 2 different and unrelated issues that seriously impacted the car's function. Quality Auto fixed both problems and on the last occasion the owner had me drive with him to make certain I was satisfied.

David is clearly an absolute expert he patiently explained the mechanics of what could be happening. In my Hyundai Tucson 2018 they performed a GDI intake cleaning and replaced my PCV valve with an OEM part. The results have been absolutely incredible! Before the service, my car was struggling with heavy oil consumption, but since picking it up, the oil consumption has completely dropped, and the car drives incredibly smooth. It is rare to find an honest mechanic who prioritizes exceptional customer education and high-quality work over a quick upsell. Thank you to David and the entire team for giving me total peace of mind. If you want top-tier service, ask for David!
