Just took the vehicle in for an emissions inspection but I was treated like a returning valued customer. Clean waiting room and very courteous staff. Will definitely be taking my vehicle there additional services in the future and will recommend them highly to friends and associates.

First time visiting Quality for an oil change, and overall, it was a good experience. I had a 7:30 AM appointment on Monday, and Mark arrived almost 10 minutes late, but he got my truck pulled in shortly after. The service took a little over an hour, but both Mark and the front desk lady were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their customer service and would recommend anyone to go and see them. I will be coming back again!

Phenomenal service, prices and professionalism.

Excellent experience! They were professional, knowledgeable, and up front with repairs and cost. Highly recommended!

My honda pilot suddenly "quit" on the freeway; but, was able to "limp" to the nearest triple A approved mechanic. After confirming that the diagnostic was more than a bum battery, I had to decide between staying here and trying a new mechanic or towing to a facility closer to home. I'm SO GLAD I proceeded with the repair at Quality Auto. They are friendly, competent, accommodating, quick, and affordable. Highly recommend this mechanic and staff!☆☆☆☆☆

I am a return customer of Quality Auto. Dave and his staff are awesome. Great service at a fair price and this time, they provided a rental vehicle at not cost to me. I don’t trust anyone else not to upsell me on crap I don’t need.

Polite staff, always willing to educate! Quick effective service. A+ from me

This truly is Quality repair business.they are quick to respond and professional in doing the job quickly and well

Mary, friendly and attentive and made sure I understood what he needed to do to proceed

Great shop ! Dave the owner great to work with, got my car in and fixed ASAP. Great mechanics all and all just friendly atmosphere

I was stuck in a parking lot with a disconnected gear shifter. They arranged a tow and fixed that problem and a couple other issues I had been putting off. I also took advantage of their complimentary loaner car for the one day it took them to finish up with my truck. Highly recommended

Quality Auto had my 2015 Toyota RAV4 for various issues. I was pleased with the service the friendliness of the staff and I especially appreciated the fact that there was a loaner car available.

Amazing! Everyone there is so sweet and they just tell you how it is. Quick service also

Needed safety and emissions inspection. They were able to get me in next day. Staff was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. It failed due to a brake light not working correctly but after getting it working again they got me back in same day to pass me. Highly recommend.

David is great. He was able to work my car in for the state requirements and an oil change on short notice.

Fast, on time and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Quick work and friendly

Had to get my A/C fixed. The problem my car had was explained to me in a way I could understand and they were very efficient in getting it taken care of. They even went above and beyond and bought an uber for me to get home and back.

The best service, very thorough & a job well done always!

Calle for appointment, was able to get me in same day. Did great job! Fair price.

David was great, from the very start of our experience to the end. Everyone hates car issues, it's not fun and adds up quickly, but David kept things professional, easy to understand and the work was quality. He even has a couple of loaner vehicles that way we weren't super inconvenienced with our car situation. David was really with us and I could easily tell pricing was fair by simply googling the parts he said needed replaced. The parts alone were quite expensive for our car, and even with that he gave us less expensive options which was super helpful. I do recommend his shop and the icing on top of the cake is that he's great friends with the mechanic we normally see but couldn't get to due to where the car was at when it broke down. Never grateful for car issues but I am grateful for honest and quality mechanics. Side note, if you're like me and have a busy work schedule, they have after hours drop and pick-up that make things a breeze, and the system he uses for invoicing/approving work/payment was so easy to use.

I’ve taken both mine and my wife’s car here now and I won’t take my cars anywhere else. Dave is great!

My car is over 20 years old so understandably it needs replacement of parts that are wearing out. Recently I have had 2 different and unrelated issues that seriously impacted the car's function. Quality Auto fixed both problems and on the last occasion the owner had me drive with him to make certain I was satisfied.

David is clearly an absolute expert he patiently explained the mechanics of what could be happening. In my Hyundai Tucson 2018 they performed a GDI intake cleaning and replaced my PCV valve with an OEM part. The results have been absolutely incredible! Before the service, my car was struggling with heavy oil consumption, but since picking it up, the oil consumption has completely dropped, and the car drives incredibly smooth. It is rare to find an honest mechanic who prioritizes exceptional customer education and high-quality work over a quick upsell. Thank you to David and the entire team for giving me total peace of mind. If you want top-tier service, ask for David!

Dave is so awesome he always delivers .. he has worked on my vehicle for years . Id give 10 stars if it was an option .

Great service, courteous.

We got the 100K mile inspection and all repairs required. The details on every service provided were exceptional. I highly recommend Quality Auto Repair & Sales for their customer service, honesty and thorough inspection.

I brought my vehicle in with absolutely no brakes. They supplied me with a loaner car and fixed my brakes and a few other things. My vehicle is driving like a dream now.

As always they took great care of us! Love these guys. Highly recommend.

David and the team was AWESOME!! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!! David was professional, honest, and true to his slogan of making his customers feel appreciated!! The service was quick, affordable and the communication was on point!! I was given a loaner car until my car was fixed, you can't beat that kind of service!! Thanks David and the entire team!!!

Got both inspections completed and it was quick and easy.

It couldn't have been any better they even had a car for me to drive while mine was down nicest people who took care of us.
